11 CardboardBoxRace.PleasantMountainin Bridgton. The theme this year will be All Things Pleasant. Prizes for fastest and best dressed. Register your team (up to 4 people) for the race before 11:30am at Guest Services. Race takes place at 1pm on the Main Slope. Partici- pants should meet at the Sugar Shack at 12:45 pm for judging. All participants must have a lift ticket or season pass, and be wearing a helmet. A liability waiver must be signed for each race member. Parents or legal guardians must sign on behalf of all racers under the age of 18. The bottom of your cardboard box must consist entirely of cardboard - no duct tape or plastic surfaces. The structure must be made of only cardboard and can not be reinforced or weighted in any way. All cardboard vehicles will be inspected to make sure they meet racing guidelines prior to racing.

18 Mattress Race. Pleasant Mountain in Bridgton. Design and decorate your old twin, full, double, queen or king mattress, and race it down our course and you’ll be eligible for great prizes. The Mattress Racecourse will be set up on the Main Slope. Registration is from 9am-noon
in Guest Services. All race participants must have a lift ticket or seasons pass, valid for that day. Kids 17 and under MUST have a parent’s signature on a Pleasant Mountain Liability Release form to participate. Race is at 1 pm. No air mattresses, waterbeds, or box springs. You may bring a tarp or something flat and slippery to slide on, but no skis or anything that will elevate your mattress. There is a 4-person maximum riding the sled. HELMETS ARE REQUIRED. Prizes for the best, most uniquely-decorated mattress. And of course the fastest mattress. Theme will be All Things Pleasant. Event is weather dependent.

25 The Spring Fling. Pleasant Mountain in Bridg- ton. In what has become a veritable tradition at Pleasant Mountain, the Annual Spring Fling promises to be a day of sun, fun, music and lots of laughs! This event captures the essence of spring skiing and riding – soft snow, warm sun and good vibes! There is no better way
to welcome Spring! The Slush Cup starts at 1:30pm and pits skiers and snowboarders against a 100-foot-long man-made pond of ice-cold water. Skim as far as you can, before falling victim to the laws of gravity! Register (for free) in Guest Services starting at 8:30 am. Spots are limited to the first 75 individuals.
