Each festival at Sat Manav Yoga Ashram is a rare opportunity and offering to the public to step out of daily life and travel back in time to a pure Yoga Ashram reminiscent of ancient India. 11 Singer-Song Writer Circle. Join BAAM, Moovin’ On Productions, and The Gem Theater in Bethel for live music on the second Thursday of every month. Local songwriter, Johnny Crashed, will host the event, and he will be joined at each show by two other local or regional songwriters for the evening. This event will showcase original songwriting and the stories behind the music. Admission is free, but donations are welcome.

21 Autumn Centerpiece Workshop. Each guest will be given enough dried flowers and other natural materi- als to create one arrangement. Extra materials will
be available for an additional cost. Bring a 6 to 8 inch waterproof container from home. The cost is $15 per kit. 25 Annual Wobble and Gobble 5K Run/Walk Race. A fun way to spend your Thanksgiving morning engaged with the community and supporting a local organization. 100 % of all race proceeds support the Bryant Pond 4-H Camp and Learning Center year-round programming and facility projects. Option of running virtually or in-person. In-person participants gather at the Gem Theater, 48 Cross Street. 27 Small Business Saturday. Region-wide local holiday promotions and events. In the age of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, it’s easy to skip over the mom-and- pop shop for the big box store or online retailer, but there’s good cause to keep our neighborhood shops in business, and that’s what Small Business Saturday is all about. Support local small businesses.
